Willow Pond Homes offers you the opportunity to build your new home utilizing the customization you choose. We can build a home for almost anyone. We can build traditional, contemporary, chalet, or luxury homes. Whether you are a first time home buyer or moving up to your second or third home our plans offer a price range starting below $100,000 and can exceed $800,000. All of our plans can be customized to meet your individual need.
We also offer the capability to build truly custom homes from your plans. Whether you find a plan on the internet, from a plan book, or have developed your own plan from scratch, come talk with us about our plan and design service to deliver the home of your dreams. We take advantage of modular construction techniques wherever possible.
Willow Pond Homes partners with three producers of modular homes which allows us to provide a large selection of base floor plans. We provide homes from ProBuilt Homes, Excel Homes, and North American Housing. By clicking on their name you will be taken to the floor plans we offer through each of our partners. Our floor plans provide a great place to start developing your custom home. If you already have the plan you like, feel free to bring it to us on your next visit, or we will work with you to custom develop the home plan of your dreams.

Directions to Model Home Gallery and Design Studio:
I-81 to WV Exit 12. Turn east on Rt. 45/ Rt. 9 towards Charles Town. Go approximately 4.5 miles. Turn left on Ceramic Drive. We are located immediately on the right at 28 Ceramic Drive. (Coming west on Rt 9 we are ¼ mile past the VA Medical Center on the right.)
Located in Martinsburg, WV we are less than a 50 minute drive via I-81 from Chambersburg, PA; Hagerstown, MD; or Winchester, VA.
