Whether you have purchased a unit from us or from someone else, Willow Modular Structures offers site work, footers, and other site preparation services to prepare your site for installation of your modular structure.
Delivery and Setup:
Using our fleet of specially outfitted trucks and our expert crews, we can safely deliver your modular structures to some of the most difficult sites. Our experienced crews take great care in setting up your units quickly and safely to prepare them for your use.
Relocations:
Our professional drivers and crews can relocate your office and storage units as your needs change. Willow Modular Structures understands that the relocatable modular structures that we deliver will need to be relocated to your next location promptly and with minimal disruption to your business. We offer services to disassemble, prep for transport, transport, and setup the unit(s) at the new location. We can also provide short and long term storage for units that may not be needed for some period of time.
Site-Built Access - Wood:
Willow Modular Structures can build attractive and durable steps, ramps and decks for your modular unit. We are licensed in the four-state area to build ramps and decks that will meet building code and provide you safe and convenient access to your new space.
Site-Built Access - Aluminum:
Willow Modular Structures can also provide aluminum steps and ramps built onsite that will meet OSHA and ADA compliance. Our steps and ramps are built to be durable and with ease of installation in mind.
Additional options:
Skirting:
As part of the finished installation we can enhance the exterior appearance of your space by installation of skirting from Willow Modular Structures. This inexpensive upgrade provides a clean, finished look to your temporary space.
Tie Downs:
As part of the standard installation we install tie downs with the appropriate anchoring mechanism. We also can provide this service for other structures which you may already have which are improperly installed or for which installation has not been completed. Tie downs enhance the safety and stability of your modular space. They are typically required in many states and locations to meet building code.
